Junior Social Media Executive (Remote) – Fresh Graduates | Worldwide Remote

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing

• Clear performance reviews every quarter
• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset
• Fully remote work with no commute

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 250–650 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
