Junior Social Media Executive (Remote) – Internship | Worldwide Remote

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing

• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset
• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 120–200 BHD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
