Junior Social Media Executive (Remote) – Junior Level | GCC Remote

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account

• Clear performance reviews every quarter
• Mentorship from an experienced team lead
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.
