Junior Social Media Executive (Remote) – No Experience Required | Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Sharjah preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
• Basic photography or video shooting skills

• Access to online learning subscriptions
• Friendly, multicultural remote team
• Fully remote work with no commute
• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day
