Online Store Assistant (Remote) – 0–1 Years | Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Ras Al Khaimah preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Monitor stock levels and update availability

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Attention to detail with product data
• Basic English writing skills
• Consistent daily availability

• Basic image editing
• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
