Online Store Assistant (Remote) – 0–1 Years | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Riyadh preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data

• Basic English writing skills

• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations

You must be legally resident in Saudi Arabia to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,600–8,100 SAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
