Online Store Assistant (Remote) – 0–1 Years | Salalah, Oman

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in Oman (candidates near Salalah preferred). Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Monitor stock levels and update availability

• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
