Online Store Assistant (Remote) – 1–2 Years | Doha, Qatar

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Qatar (candidates near Doha preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data
• Consistent daily availability

• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
