Online Store Assistant (Remote) – 1–2 Years | Mecca, Saudi Arabia

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Mecca preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability
• Attention to detail with product data
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms

• Basic image editing
• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
