Online Store Assistant (Remote) – Fresh Graduates | Medina, Saudi Arabia

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Medina preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. • Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Process orders, returns and refund requests

• Attention to detail with product data
• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
