Online Store Assistant (Remote) – Fresh Graduates | Oman

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Oman. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Process orders, returns and refund requests

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations

• Career progression into a mid-level role
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates

You will finish this role with practical, transferable experience and references you can use.

You must be legally resident in Oman to apply. The indicative range for this role is 250–650 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
