Online Store Assistant (Remote) – No Experience Required | Doha, Qatar

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Qatar (candidates near Doha preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing

• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Monthly internet and home-office allowance
• Career progression into a mid-level role
• Fully remote work with no commute

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

You must be legally resident in Qatar to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,350–7,500 QAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
