Online Store Assistant (Remote) – No Experience Required | Worldwide Remote

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Process orders, returns and refund requests

• Attention to detail with product data
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms

• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 250–600 OMR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
