Remote Amazon Listing Assistant – 1–2 Years | Muscat, Oman

A work-from-home e-commerce opportunity for people living in Oman (candidates near Muscat preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions

• Basic English writing skills
• Attention to detail with product data
• Consistent daily availability
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Arabic product copywriting
• Basic image editing
