Remote Amazon Listing Assistant – Junior Level | Qatar

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Qatar. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Monitor stock levels and update availability

• Basic English writing skills
• Consistent daily availability
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Attention to detail with product data
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
