Remote Catalogue Assistant – 0–1 Years | Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Kuwait. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Monitor stock levels and update availability

• Attention to detail with product data
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Basic English writing skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
