Remote Catalogue Assistant – 1–2 Years | GCC Remote

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills
• Attention to detail with product data
• Consistent daily availability

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Arabic product copywriting
