Remote Catalogue Assistant – Internship | GCC Remote

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Attention to detail with product data
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Basic English writing skills
• Consistent daily availability
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
