Remote Catalogue Assistant – Junior Level | Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Kuwait. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing

• Attention to detail with product data
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
