This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Fujairah preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data
• Basic English writing skills

• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
