Remote Client Acquisition Associate – No Experience Required | Ahmadi, Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote sales position based in Kuwait (candidates near Ahmadi preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Collect objections and share them with the sales lead
• Send follow-up proposals and pricing details
• Follow structured call scripts while sounding natural
• Support senior sellers with account research
• Keep the CRM pipeline accurate and up to date every day

• Self-motivated daily routine

• Basic CRM or spreadsheet comfort
• Reliable phone and internet setup
• Resilience with rejection and repetitive outreach

• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho
• Arabic fluency for Gulf accounts
• Understanding of B2B sales cycles
