Remote Community Manager – Fresh Graduates | Isa Town, Bahrain

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Bahrain (candidates near Isa Town preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account

• Weekly one-to-one coaching sessions
• Monthly internet and home-office allowance

You will finish this role with practical, transferable experience and references you can use.

You must be legally resident in Bahrain to apply. The indicative range for this role is 250–650 BHD per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
