Remote Community Manager – Fresh Graduates | Muscat, Oman

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Muscat preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up

• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
