Remote Community Manager – Fresh Graduates | Worldwide Remote

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English

• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account

• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 3,400–7,650 SAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
