Remote Community Manager – Internship | Hawalli, Kuwait

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Kuwait (candidates near Hawalli preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
