Remote Community Manager – Internship | Manama, Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Bahrain (candidates near Manama preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up

• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Consistent daily availability
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
