Remote Community Manager – Internship | Qatar

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Qatar. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
