Remote Community Manager – Internship | Salalah, Oman

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in Oman (candidates near Salalah preferred). This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
