Remote Community Manager – Internship | Worldwide Remote

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly

• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Good written English
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account

• Access to online learning subscriptions
• Equipment stipend for laptop or headset
• Flexible start times within the Gulf working day
• Paid annual leave and public holidays

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 1,300–2,950 SAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
