Remote Community Manager – Junior Level | Al Wakrah, Qatar

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Qatar (candidates near Al Wakrah preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Support influencer outreach and follow-up

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
