Remote Community Manager – Junior Level | Manama, Bahrain

This is a fully remote social media role you can do from home in Bahrain (candidates near Manama preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly

• Consistent daily availability
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
