Remote Community Manager – No Experience Required | Doha, Qatar

A work-from-home social media opportunity for people living in Qatar (candidates near Doha preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals

• Ability to write short, engaging captions
