Remote Community Manager – No Experience Required | Fujairah, United Arab Emirates

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in United Arab Emirates (candidates near Fujairah preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Maintain a library of reusable captions and hashtags

• Good written English
• Consistent daily availability
• Ability to write short, engaging captions
• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar

• Arabic caption writing
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Basic photography or video shooting skills

• Clear performance reviews every quarter
