Remote Community Manager – No Experience Required | GCC Remote

This remote social media vacancy is open to candidates in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Track engagement, reach and follower growth in a weekly report
• Source or edit short-form video and image assets
• Flag negative sentiment to the team quickly
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Good written English
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Ability to write short, engaging captions

• Arabic caption writing
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Experience growing a personal or brand account
