Remote Community Manager – No Experience Required | Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote social media position based in Kuwait. This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Support influencer outreach and follow-up
• Reply to comments and direct messages in a consistent brand voice
• Watch trending audio and formats relevant to Gulf audiences
• Build a monthly content calendar with campaign themes
• Draft and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
• Coordinate with designers for post visuals

• Active understanding of major social platforms
• Basic editing skills with Canva, CapCut or similar
• Consistent daily availability
• Good written English

• Experience growing a personal or brand account
• Familiarity with Later, Buffer or Meta Business Suite
• Arabic caption writing

• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Paid onboarding and structured training
