Remote E-commerce Assistant – 0–1 Years | Oman

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in Oman. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues

• Basic English writing skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability
• Attention to detail with product data
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Arabic product copywriting

Strong performers are supported to take on more complex work within the first six months.
