Remote E-commerce Assistant – 0–1 Years | Worldwide Remote

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. Suitable for candidates with up to one year of experience, including internships, freelance work or part-time roles. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures

• Consistent daily availability
• Attention to detail with product data
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Arabic product copywriting
• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations

• Paid onboarding and structured training
• Certificate of completion for internship graduates

The role is remote worldwide and open to GCC residents. The indicative range for this role is 3,600–8,100 SAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
