Remote E-commerce Assistant – 1–2 Years | GCC Remote

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures

• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data

• Arabic product copywriting
• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations

• Certificate of completion for internship graduates
• Monthly internet and home-office allowance
