Remote E-commerce Assistant – 1–2 Years | Kuwait City, Kuwait

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Kuwait (candidates near Kuwait City preferred). Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. Day to day you will work inside a small, supportive team with clear priorities and weekly check-ins.

• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
