Remote E-commerce Assistant – 1–2 Years | Worldwide Remote

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in worldwide, with priority given to Gulf-based applicants. Ideal for candidates with roughly one to two years of hands-on experience who are ready for more responsibility. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
