Remote E-commerce Assistant – Fresh Graduates | GCC Remote

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills
• Attention to detail with product data

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Arabic product copywriting

• Mentorship from an experienced team lead
• Monthly internet and home-office allowance

You will finish this role with practical, transferable experience and references you can use.
