Remote E-commerce Assistant – Fresh Graduates | Medina, Saudi Arabia

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Medina preferred). We welcome fresh graduates who finished their studies recently and want a first professional role they can grow in. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Attention to detail with product data

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
• Arabic product copywriting

You must be legally resident in Saudi Arabia to apply. The indicative range for this role is 3,400–7,650 SAR per month, confirmed at offer stage based on experience.
