Remote E-commerce Assistant – Internship | Kuwait

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Kuwait. This is a structured internship designed to give students and recent graduates supervised, hands-on experience. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions

• Basic English writing skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Attention to detail with product data
• Currently studying or graduated within the last two years

• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Arabic product copywriting
• Basic image editing
