Remote E-commerce Assistant – Junior Level | Al Rayyan, Qatar

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in Qatar (candidates near Al Rayyan preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Monitor stock levels and update availability

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills
• Attention to detail with product data

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
