Remote E-commerce Assistant – Junior Level | Kuwait

This remote e-commerce vacancy is open to candidates in Kuwait. A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Consistent daily availability
• Attention to detail with product data
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Basic English writing skills

• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
