Remote E-commerce Assistant – Junior Level | Manama, Bahrain

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Bahrain (candidates near Manama preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Answer buyer questions on marketplace channels
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Process orders, returns and refund requests

• Attention to detail with product data
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Basic English writing skills

• Arabic product copywriting
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
