Remote E-commerce Assistant – Junior Level | Medina, Saudi Arabia

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Medina preferred). A junior-level position for someone who has covered the basics and now wants to build depth and ownership. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues

• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Consistent daily availability
• Attention to detail with product data
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
• Basic image editing
• Arabic product copywriting
