Remote E-commerce Assistant – No Experience Required | Dammam, Saudi Arabia

This is a fully remote e-commerce role you can do from home in Saudi Arabia (candidates near Dammam preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. The team communicates asynchronously most of the day, with one short live catch-up to unblock work.

• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Maintain promotional banners and seasonal collections
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Report weekly sales and conversion figures

• Familiarity with online shopping platforms

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
