Remote E-commerce Assistant – No Experience Required | GCC Remote

We are hiring for a remote e-commerce position based in any GCC country (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain or Oman). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. Expect a predictable weekly rhythm: focused task blocks, a short team sync and a simple end-of-week summary.

• Report weekly sales and conversion figures
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Track marketplace performance and competitor pricing
• Process orders, returns and refund requests

• Consistent daily availability
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Basic English writing skills
• Familiarity with online shopping platforms
• Attention to detail with product data

• Arabic product copywriting
• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
• Basic image editing
• Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Noon experience
