Remote E-commerce Assistant – No Experience Required | Muscat, Oman

A work-from-home e-commerce opportunity for people living in Oman (candidates near Muscat preferred). This role is open to candidates with no previous work experience — full training is provided from day one. You will be given written processes, short training sessions and a direct point of contact for questions.

• Upload images and keep catalogue attributes consistent
• Create and optimise product listings with accurate titles and descriptions
• Write short SEO-friendly product copy
• Process orders, returns and refund requests
• Monitor stock levels and update availability
• Coordinate with fulfilment partners on delivery issues

• Understanding of GCC delivery expectations
